Hill CHPS January classes help promote healthy lifestyle

HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah – Join Hill CHPS ‘A Good Night’s Sleep’ and ‘Sticking to Your Goals’ class to learn how you can get better sleep and ultimately set you up for reaching your health and wellness goals.

Sleep is an essential function that allows your body and mind to recharge, leaving you refreshed and alert to take on the day. Getting the right amount of sleep can boost your mood, improve calorie regulation, and provide the energy to kick-start your healthy lifestyle.

For the month of January, bring your updated HRA wellness profile to class and receive a free Good Night’s Sleep Book, while supplies last.
