We advise acquisition programs and contracting activities supporting weapon system sustainment, weapon system development (Sentinel) and the 75th AFB and OO-ALC operational contracting. We advise on fiscal law concerns and provide ethics guidance on acquisition matters, including post-Government ethics opinions and off-duty employment involving work with DoD contractors. We administer the installations financial disclosure reporting program.
Our division is comprised of eight attorneys and a paralegal. We provide expert legal counsel to contracting officers, program managers, source selection authorities, and Air Force Program Executive Officers supporting acquisition programs and contract administration. We provide legal reviews, opinions, decisions and counsel IAW statutory and regulatory law, and provide business judgment and guidance.
