HILL AIR FORCE BASE – Your body depends on water to survive. Every cell, tissue, and organ needs water to work properly. For example, your body uses water to maintain its temperature, remove waste, and lubricate your joints. Staying hydrated is especially important during the increasing summer heat.

There are many different healthy habits to incorporate for a healthy life but increasing hydration is a great first step. Join CHPS for an August health education class and visit USAFwellness.com to start tracking your water intake today.
