  • STEM Summer Passport Program returns at the Hill Aerospace Museum

    For the second-consecutive year, the education team at the Hill Aerospace Museum is offering a free STEM Summer Passport Program for youth age 8 and older. The program will occur weekly through August. Classes are offered at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and cover subjects such as electricity, magnetics, astronomy, weather chemistry and more.

    This spring season, Civilian Health Promotion Services will promote its “Ready, Set, Summer” physical activity challenge. The RSS challenge is an onsite CHPS program-wide initiative designed to promote physical activity for the workforce. Regular physical activity is one of the most important actions that people of all ages can take to improve their health. Being physically active can help people feel better, function better, sleep better and reduce the risk of a large number of chronic diseases.
  • Hill STEM reaches students in southeast Utah

    The Hill Air Force Base Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Outreach Program recently teamed with Junior Achievement of Utah at the San Juan Career Fair at Monument Valley in southeastern Utah.
