Hill CHPS offers February heart-healthy screening and education

HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah – Many chronic diseases are caused by key risk behaviors. By making healthy choices, you can reduce your likelihood of getting a chronic disease and improve your quality of life. Start American Heart Month off right by choosing one of the below changes to implement into your healthy lifestyle.

• Quit Smoking
• Eat Healthy
• Get Regular Physical Activity
• Avoid Drinking Too Much Alcohol
• Get Screened
• Get Enough Sleep

If you need help getting started, join Hill CHPS for a February wellness screening or health education class. You can attend a scheduled event or set up an event in your location.
