HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah – Just in time to start the New Year, join Hill CHPS ‘Smart Substitutions for Healthy Eating’ class to explore examples of healthy ingredient swaps and substitutions for your favorite meals at home, dining out, or eating on-the-go.

The American diet tends to be high in calories and low in nutritional value, but healthy doesn’t have to mean less tasty.

By incorporating healthy substitutions into your eating habits, you can maximize the nutrition in your foods.

Keep an open mind and be ready to experience new flavors.
