Sexual Assault, Article 120, UCMJ – An Airman sexually assaulted another member by committing a penetrative sexual act without the victim’s consent. The Airman was found guilty by a general court-martial and sentenced to six months confinement, a dishonorable discharge, and reduction to the grade of E-1.
Abusive Sexual Contact, Article 120, UCMJ – A Master Sergeant from the Utah Air National Guard was charged with sexual battery in Salt Lake City for touching the buttocks of a Staff Sergeant without her consent. The member received a letter of reprimand for his off-base misconduct.
