HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- Flu vaccination lines for Hill’s military members will be held Oct. 18-21 at the Ambulance Bay located in the 75th Medical Group (building 570) main clinic.

Both scheduled appointments and walk-ins will be accepted, but scheduled appointments will have priority.

Flu vaccination dates/times:
• Oct. 18, 6 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Oct. 19, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
• Oct. 20 6 a.m.-4 p.m.
• Oct. 21, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.

Appointments can be scheduled at informatics-stage.health.mil/COVAX or by scanning the below QR code with a smart phone.

Military members are asked to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to or five minutes after their scheduled appointment time. In addition, all members should park in clinic’s designated patient parking areas, not in the Ambulance Bay parking lot.

Only the Flulaval flu vaccine will be administered this year. Military members who wish to receive a different type of vaccine can receive it off base and bring proof of their vaccination to the line on the dates listed above between 10:30-11:30 a.m. and 3-4 p.m.

An appointment is not required for proof-of-vaccination visits.

Once the military population has been vaccinated, the 75th MDG will open it up flu vaccinations to all TRICARE beneficiaries. However, Davis County Health Department in partnership with Hill’s Occupational Medicine Clinic is currently holding a number of immunization clinics on base through November of this year for TRICARE and other health insurance beneficiaries.

All of the DCHD-offered vaccinations (flu, tetanus, pneumococcal, shingles, and COVID-19) with the exception of the COVID-19 vaccine will be billed to the members’ health insurance.
