The 75th Medical Group is committed to taking care of our patients. We realize there is a lot of information available about COVID-19, but we would like to provide you with resources that we feel are the most valuable to our patients. We urge you to utilize these resources to first be informed about the virus and then to know who to contact if you have questions or need to seek medical care.

If you have questions or concerns regarding COVID-19

Please call the COVID-19 Public Health Hotline at 801-777-7934. However, please see below if you are seeking evaluation or treatment.

If you believe you may have been exposed or are having symptoms

If you are having symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, body aches, decreased sense of taste or smell, or any other symptoms that you think may be associated with COVID-19, please call our clinic at 801-586-2273, between the hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Nurse Advice Line is available after normal clinic hours at 800-874-2273, option 1. We ask that you please call and speak with us before travelling to the clinic so that we can manage your care most effectively

You can also go to www.testutah.com, which is a Utah initiative to quickly assess patients and schedule a time and location for testing in the local area.

Additional COVID-19 information can be accessed at the following websites:

Non-COVID-19 Medical Care

While COVID-19 is on everyone’s mind, we understand you may have non-COVID-19 health concerns. We’re addressing most needs virtually (by phone) and will only ask you to come for an in-person appointment if absolutely necessary to protect you and our staff. If you need care, please call us at 801-586-2273 or send us a secure message through the TRICARE online patient portal.

Visiting the 75th Medical Group

In an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19, we will follow the Department of Defense interim guidance directing the use of face coverings if unable to social distance within DoD facilities.
However, as the special nature of medical interactions within our building limits our ability to maintain social distance (more than six feet from each other) all patients, visitors and staff will be expected to wear a face mask or covering at all times at the 75th Medical Group.

If you have a facemask or face covering (homemade masks are acceptable) we ask that you wear it to the clinic so that we may preserve our medical grade masks for those who need them most. Thank you for your help!

Pharmacy

We are dedicated to keeping our beneficiaries safe while ensuring that your prescription needs are met. Therefore we have instituted a drive-through pharmacy in the Base Exchange parking lot so that patients do not have to leave their vehicles and stand in lines.

We hope that you will find this information valuable. We will continue to monitor developments on Hill Air Force Base and in the community regarding the COVID-19 situation and report the latest information through this and other forums.

Protect yourself and our community…Stay safe. Stay home. Stay Strong. Thank you!
