Hill offers one last flu clinic
HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- The Davis County Health Department is scheduling one last immunization clinic on base this year to make sure you and your family are vaccinated.
The DCHD, in cooperation with the 75th Medical Group, will offer flu shots, mist, and Pneumonia and TDAP vaccinations to civilian federal service employees, contractors and all Tricare beneficiaries at from 3-5 p.m. Nov. 27 at Fellowship Hall located in the Hill Chapel.
Beneficiaries should bring their military identification or health insurance card information in order to receive a no out-of-pocket cost, insurance billed immunization.
