HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- The base's indoor pool is adding open recreational swimming for patrons.

Beginning May 27, the indoor pool will be open from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday with lap swim from 8-11 a.m. and open swim with limited lap swim from noon-4 p.m.

The pool is closed weekends and federal holidays. For a list of pool rules and other information, visit http://75fss.com/content/indoor-pool.

Hill's outdoor pool will remain closed indefinitely due to a lack of resources associated with operating the pool.

Those seeking some outdoor water fun can use the splash pad at Centennial Park (located just west of the base's South Gate), which will be open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk beginning May 27.

The splash pad located in base housing area will also be available to residents.
