HILL AIR FORCE BASE – Most people agree that developing a sleep schedule is vital for a child’s sleep quality and quantity. What people may not know, is establishing a sleep schedule is just as important for adults.
Research tells us to establish a consistent bedtime and wake time, ensure the sleep environment is free from distractions and include physical activity into daily routines.
Healthy sleep is essential to learning, memory formation, emotional regulation and physical and mental development.
