HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah – For many of us, the holiday season is a time anticipated with both joy and anxiety. We love the celebrations, family traditions, and cherish the memories of years past. But overwhelming demands of parties, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and entertaining, can make the holidays a stressful time.

With all of these demands, our health habits often go out the window and most people never lose the weight gained over the holidays.

Come learn how you and your family can eat, drink, and move your way to a healthier holiday season with Hill CHPS Happy Healthy Holiday class or wellness screening.
