Editor's Note: The “Team Hill Frontlines" series is a recurring feature that puts the spotlight on some of the civilian and military Airmen on the "frontlines" supporting our mission, people and families during the COVID-19 crisis.

Jason Thorpe is a program analyst in the 75th Air Base Wing's Plans and Program office. He manages the wing’s readiness planning and reporting, with a primary focus on planning the installation’s ability to conduct joint Full Spectrum Readiness exercises. His hometown is Syracuse, Utah, and his hobby is spending time in the outdoors with family and friends to include camping, hunting, four-wheel riding, and fishing.

Jason's experience working on the COVID-19 frontlines:

"When I think of the frontlines, especially with COVID-19, I think of communities like medical as being the frontline. They are sacrificing their health, their own well-being, and their time doing a thankless and tireless job. To that truth, the biggest change to the job has been the atypical schedule between working the Crisis Action Team and teleworking from home. The CAT provides our leaders with the data and information needed to make informed decisions and choices to protect our base community while continuing to meet the wartime mission. I believe our efforts in the CAT have aided our leaders and our medical community in doing their jobs with a little less stress and worry. It’s been incredible to witness everyone’s training and experience come together to meet this challenge."

Jason, Team Hill thanks you for your service! We appreciate you!
