HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- Looking for a day adventure or a weekend getaway? New to Hill Air Force Base and don’t know what Utah has to offer?
The base will host a “Summer Expo: Creating a Prosperous and Well Informed Community through Outdoor Recreation, Travel, Wellness & Fun” from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 15 at Outdoor Recreation, building 805.
More than 45 information booths will be on site highlighting on- and off-base services, cultural awareness information and resources in the area of travel and recreational opportunities.
According to event organizers, by being more resilient in these areas, individuals can increase physical performance, which can lead to an improvement of health and cognitive skills. Being well informed in the areas mentioned above could also help with the recovery process of the ever-changing demands and stress of the work environment.
