July 11, 2022 COVID-19: Hill AFB transitions to HPCON Bravo On July 11, the installation transitioned to Health Protection Condition Bravo (HPCON Bravo). The increase in HPCON is due in part to both Davis and Weber Counties increase in cases of COVID-19 and the associated medium community levels as calculated by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
