The Hill Air Force Base Legal Assistance office provides free assistance in connection with personal civil legal affairs to all eligible persons.
Persons eligible to receive legal assistance:
• Members of the armed forces on active duty (to include reservists on ADSW, ADT, AGR, AT, and EAD) and their families
• Military retirees receiving retired pay and their families
• Reservists released from active duty from a 30-day or longer mobilization (for a period twice the length of the mobilization) and their families
• Surviving family members of deceased servicemembers who were eligible at time of death
• Civilian employees deploying to a theatre of operations

Notaries and powers of attorney are available on a walk-in basis on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All other services require an appointment.
