Cadets and midshipmen from the University of Utah’s Air Force, Navy and Marine Reserve Officers’ Training Corps programs descended on Hill Air Force Base, Utah to participate in a joint-training exercise coordinated by Hill’s 775th Civil Engineering Group, 75th Security Forces Squadron, 75th
