Senior master sergeant selects came together March 20, 2026, at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, to celebrate their achievement during the Senior Master Sergeant Promotion Release ceremony. Earlier this month, the Air Force announced that 1,474 master sergeants were selected for promotion out of 13,315 eligible, an overall selection rate of 11.07 percent across the force.
