Overhead shot of parking garage

The parking structure is being constructed to provide parking for the workers that will be working in the Sentinel Ground Based Strategic Deterrent Mission Integration Facility, which is being constructed adjacent to the parking garage. Companies RLW and Hensel Phelps were contracted to form and place all structural concrete, reinforcing, and post-tensioning. There are 74,000 square feed of slab-on-grade and three elevated parking levels with more than 216,000 square feet of parking space, enough room for 850 cars. The garage will have three stair towers and an elevator shaft on the north end. The project has been going since September 2021 and is expected to finish in February 2023.
