ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Col. Brian Moore, Robins Installation Commander, issued a memorandum for all Robins personnel in response to Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp's April 2 executive order for all Georgians to shelter-in-place. In addition to Moore's memo, Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex Commander Brig. Gen.
