Col. Michelle Brown, 75th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron commander, receives the unit’s new guidon from Senior Master Sgt. Luis Magana, 75th OMRS superintendent, during a squadron inactivation and redesgination ceremony July 12, 2019, at Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
