Col. Michelle Brown, 75th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron commander, receives the unit’s new guidon from Senior Master Sgt. Luis Magana, 75th OMRS superintendent, during a squadron inactivation and redesgination ceremony July 12, 2019, at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. During the ceremony, the 75th Aerospace Medicine Squadron was inactivated and then redesignated as the 75th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron.
