Lt. Col. Kevin Sonar Hall, 514th Flight Test Squadron, conducts a functional test flight on the 388th Fighter Wing's 12th F-35A Lightning II. Hill's Ogden Air Logistics Complex recently completed modifications on the 12th aircraft, which gives the 388th FW and Reserve 419th FW the minimum number of aircraft required to reach “initial operational capability,” or combat-readiness.
