Apache helicopter featured during “Plane Talk” series Published Oct. 28, 2016 75th Air Base Wing Public Affairs HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- The Oct. 29 “Plane Talk” speaking event at the Hill Aerospace Museum will feature Apache helicopter pilots Jared and Ken Jones. Jared is an Apache pilot with the Utah Air National Guard and his father, Ken, is a retired Army warrant officer with more than 7,500 flying hours in the aircraft. This museum hosts a Plane Talk series featuring speakers related to the military, aerospace and the defense industry. Plane Talk is held Saturdays at 1 p.m. in the museum auditorium. Talks are open to the public and admission is free. (Editor's note: A previous version of this article mistakenly indicated that Jared would fly and land an Apache helicopter at the museum prior to his speaking engagement. The landing unfortunately wasn't able to be coordinated in time for the event.)
