HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- Despite the government shutdown on Oct. 1, some essential programs and services at Hill Air Force Base continue to operate, but delays can be expected. The Aerospace Museum and commissary are closed, and the postal service will continue but on a delayed basis.
