Government shutdown closes many Hill AFB facilities, services

Despite the government shutdown on Oct. 1, some essential programs and services at Hill Air Force Base continue to operate, but delays can be expected. The Aerospace Museum and commissary are closed, and the postal service will continue but on a delayed basis.

Services that are open include the following:
Fitness Center: Fitness classes to be offered include:
· Fitness class, Monday-Friday 6 a.m./Monday and Wednesday at 3 p.m.
· Yoga, Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m.
· Tae Kwon Do, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 7 p.m.
· Judo, Wednesday and Friday, 6 p.m.
