75th ABW welcomes new leader

A new commander took the reins of the 75th Air Base Wing during a formal change of command ceremony today.

Col. Ronald E. Jolly, Sr., assumed command of the 75th ABW from Col. Kathryn L. Kolbe.

The 75th ABW commander is directly responsible for providing installation support for the Ogden Air Logistics Complex, two fighter wings, and 61 other associate units, totaling 24,000 active duty, civilian and contractor personnel.
 
Additionally, the commander directly supports Air and Space Expeditionary Forces operations and has base support responsibility for the operation of the 1,500-square-mile Utah Test and Training Range.

Lt. Gen. Bruce A. Litchfield, Commander of the Air Force Sustainment Center, officiated the ceremony.

Jolly's previous assignment was at Hill AFB as the Deputy Commander for Maintenance, Ogden Air Logistics Complex. Previous to his assignment at Hill AFB, he served as the Chief of Staff for Headquarters, U.S. Central Command Directorate of Logistics and Engineering at MacDill AFB, Fla.
