Two hundred motorcyclists hit the road Thursday during a ride aimed at safety for all roadway users.

The 7th annual "See Me, Save Me" campaign ride started at the Hill AFB Motorcycle Safety Training Range and traveled a circular route around the base through Davis and Weber counties before finishing at the Hill Aerospace Museum.

"Today's ride went very well," said Allan Woods, Hill AFB's Motorcycle Safety Program Manager. "Our goal was to get the word out to share the road and always look twice before pulling in to traffic, specifically for the smaller traffic including motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians."

Woods stressed that every motorist should benefit from safe roadways.

"Everyone who uses the roadway should have equal opportunity to use the road safely and return home each night without incident," he said.
