The Army & Air Force Exchange Service celebrated the grand opening of a new engraving business May 18 at the Hill Air Force Base Main Exchange. Mitugoni owner Noa Vaknin joined AAFES representatives to cut the ribbon on the new shop, which offers customized engraving services for gifts, awards, plaques and personal items for service members and their families.
