Pool scheduled to reopen Feb. 10

HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah --  The Hill Air Force Base pools were closed on Dec. 22 until they were compliant with the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act. 

This act was done to ensure continued public safety in public pools and spas.

The repairing process to the indoor pool began Jan. 26 and is scheduled to reopen Feb. 10.

Repairs to the outdoor pool near Club Hill is under contract and has an estimated start date of approximately late March and expected to be open Memorial Day weekend. 

The other outdoor pool across from the Chapel is to remain closed due to leaks and is on the Force Support Squadron unfunded list.
