What are you responsible for? Should you expect your PCS orders in hand if you haven't completed all required actions, no matter how busy you think you are? Should you expect a "Truly Among the Best" rating if you haven't performed at a level superior to most? Should you be pushed for unique leadership opportunities if you're not willing to work diligently at finishing the level of PME or college education commensurate with your grade? I hope your answer is No.

We all have the expectation to follow through on our responsibilities, whether that's duty performance, education, responsible behavior in the community, or being a good wingman. It's all part of being an American Airman. Do the right thing and keep the promise.
