The Airman Against Drunk Driving (AADD) program is an added opportunity to make a responsible decision when drinking. Although the expectation is for Airmen to plan ahead without the use of AADD, and then execute that plan effectively, AADD is there for you when needed.

Some may decide not to use AADD based on the belief senior leaders are notified. Let me assure you this...senior leadership is not provided any identifying data of personnel driven home. Minimizing the risk to others and you is your commander's and senior enlisted leader's priority. So, plan, execute, but if something goes wrong with your plan, be responsible and use AADD.
