Easter egg hunts

The Hill Aerospace Museum will be holding an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 23 at 9 a.m. on the grounds. There are four different age groups so all children up to 13 years of age are invited. There will be 10,000 eggs hidden. Among these will be several special prize eggs. Walgreen's Pharmacy will also be on site with several giveaways. Children can have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny, which can be printed free at any Walgreen's Pharmacy. This year's Easter Egg Hunt and Fun Run is Saturday, April 23 at the baseball field near the Warrior Center.

The egg hunt, sponsored by the Youth Center, will take place 10 a.m-11 a.m. There are several age groups so all children up to 12 years of age are invited to join in the fun. Between the five groups, they will be searching for roughly 11,000 Easter eggs.

Families are encouraged to come early to enter door prize drawings which will take place 15 minutes prior to each hunt. The prizes include but are not limited to gift cards, Easter baskets, stuffed animals and candy. Doughnuts and hot chocolate will also be provided.

The 5K run, sponsored by the Warrior Fitness Center, will take place at 9 a.m. And the kids' 1 mile starts immediately following the 5K.

10 a.m. - Ages 0-2 (red zone)

10 a.m. - Children with special needs (orange zone): children with special needs may participate with their age group.

10:15 a.m. - Ages 3-5 (blue zone)

10:30 a.m. - Ages 6-8 (yellow zone)

10:45 a.m.- Ages 9-12 (green zone)
