Tops in Blue includes Ogden stop in tour

The U.S. Air Force's Tops in Blue is offering a free night of family entertainment at Peery's Egyptian Theater in Ogden at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 23.

The event is first come, first served. Tickets are not required. The doors open at 6:15 p.m.

"Tops in Blue is the Air Force's premier entertainment showcase," said Tom Edwards, show producer and chief of Air Force Entertainment. "The new 2012 team is a reflection of the 'best of the best' performers throughout the Air Force."

This year, Tops in Blue continues its long-standing tradition of "family entertaining family" by showing what has made Tops In Blue a "must-see" event every year for the last 59 years.

People will hear the dynamic rhythms of The Doobie Brothers, Earth, Wind and Fire, Whitney Houston, and Maroon 5. This year's tour also showcases the great country music of Darius Rucker, Carrie Underwood, Lady Antebellum, The Zac Brown Band and much more.

Combine all that with the dazzling lights, beautiful costumes and precision choreography for which the group is known worldwide, and you can look forward to a show that's sure to please everyone.

The Tops in Blue 2012 aggressive tour schedule is made up of close to 130 performances in the United States and 25 foreign countries.
