Hill Air Force Base will be launching a resource saving program similar to the Air Force, "Every Dollar Counts" Campaign. This program allows every base employee to submit a cost saving idea to senior leadership. The ideas are not limited to money alone, but include time, manpower, man-hours and process improvement.

An "iNNOVATION Portal" icon will be installed on every base computer desktop. When a member is ready to submit an idea, all they need to do is click on the icon and they will be directed to the iNNOVATION SharePoint site. The site allows the member to share their idea.

Once an idea is submitted, it will be reviewed by a team of subject matter experts in that area and then forwarded to senior leadership.

This program is a great initiative to assist with efforts to save resources and can make a huge difference! As a team Hill member, you are encouraged to submit ideas. If a member has already submitted an idea through the Air Force, "Every Dollar Counts" Campaign, you are still encouraged to submit to this base level program.
