HILL AIR FORCE BASE – The 75th Comptroller Squadron Finance office will adjust their customer service hours to 8 a.m.-3 p.m. weekdays beginning April 18.
This change is being made after analyzing customer services usage and to rebalance the level of support being offered through online services with those being offered in-person.
Online service offered through the Comptroller Services Portal s the most efficient way to receive routine financial customer service.
By using the CSP, customers can submit general inquires, update entitlements and dispute pay errors from their computers with the convenience of not leaving the workplace.
The CSP also maintains all customer documents and correspondence so nothing gets lost and leadership can monitor customer service quality.
Customers can quickly access the CSP with the desktop icon or at https://usaf.dps.mil/teams/SAFFMCSP/portal/SitePages/Home.aspx
For urgent or complex issues customers may visit finance in-person and speak directly with a representative.
As a reminder, 75th CPTS is closed every second Wednesday of the month, on AFMC Family Days and federal holidays.
