Editor's Note: The Team Hill Frontlines" series is a recurring feature that puts the spotlight on some of the civilian and military Airmen on the "frontlines" supporting our mission, people and families during the COVID-19 crisis.

Master Sgt. Ramon Montoya  is the superintendent of career development in the Military Personnel Flight, 75th Force Support Squadron. He leads a section that involves assignments, reenlistments, extensions, enlisted promotions, officer promotions, and the Personnel Reliability Assurance Program. His hometown is Salt Lake City, Utah, and his hobbies include sports, basketball, golf, coaching and  computers.

Sergeant Ramon's experience working on the COVID-19 frontlines:

"I led the charge on making sure members who were affected by the stop movement were contacted and followed the correct procedures deemed by AFPC.  This was critical because my team and I  were working weekdays and weekends throughout the night to meet the 100% contact for members in-between duty stations to ensure accountability and no hardships were encountered.  I was also able to coordinate meetings involving Finance to ensure Airmen and their respective squadrons had the right resources and information to give to those affected by the Stop Movement. Also, I was able to step-up to fill in as the Passport agent (due to my past experience) working with the State Department on the temporary application stoppages. Currently, I volunteer assisting the Medical Group doing health screenings for children and mission essential parents who utilize the Child Development Centers.  Lastly, I have been tracking/coordinating with all Team Hill squadrons that have members due to attend Airman Leadership School and those whose promotions will be affected by the temporary closure.  I am fortunate to have made a significant impact during this global pandemic by using my overall knowledge, understanding and leadership skills to assist the ABW and mission partners."

Sergeant Montoya, Team Hill thanks you for your service!
