Editor's Note: The “Team Hill Frontlines" series is a recurring feature that puts the spotlight on some of the civilian and military Airmen on the "frontlines" supporting our mission, people and families during the COVID-19 crisis.
Staff Sgt. Nicholas Dillon works in the 75th Security Forces Squadron as an evaluator in the Standardization and Evaluation Section. He develops and conducts duty position evaluations to ensure Hill Defenders are effective in performing their jobs. His hometown is Coxs Creek, Kentucky, and his hobbies include hunting, outdoors and auto work.
Sergeant Dillon's experience working on the COVID-19 frontlines:
“Part of the evaluation process is to evaluate handcuffing and searching to ensure Defenders are conducting it properly and safely. Due to the current circumstances of COVID-19, I identified the need for social distancing during the handcuffing and searching portion of the evaluation process, as normally a real exercise person would be utilized to simulate a real-life scenario. This led to the Standardization and Evaluation section garnering a manikin training aid to protect the Defenders of the 75 Security Forces Squadron but still allow for proper evaluation of their duty performance.”
Sergeant Dillon, Team Hill thanks you for your service! We appreciate you!
