HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- Healthy eating is about what works for you and your life. Healthy eating doesn't need to be perfect.

Remind yourself that your health eating style over time is what matters most. Check out these tips to help build your healthy eating style:

• Everything you eat and drink matters.
• The right mix can help you be healthier now and into the future.
• Focus on variety, amount, and nutrition.
• Choose foods and beverages with less saturated fat, sodium, and added sugars.
• Start with small changes to build healthier eating styles.
• Support healthy eating for everyone.

During March, participants who bring their current health readiness assessment, or HRA, wellness profile certificate when attending a wellness screening or class session with CHPS will receive a free Eat Right for Life book or flexible cutting board.
