HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- The 75th Medical Group will be holding mass flu vaccination lines Nov. 8-9 in the Main Clinic Ambulance Bay. To ensure a smooth process, all active-duty military should process the line on their unit's assigned dates below:
Nov. 8, 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• All dependents (7 years old and up), retirees and active duty
Nov. 9, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• All dependents (7 years old and up), retirees and active duty
Members must complete the 2018-2019 Active-Duty Influenza Screening Questionnaire and bring it with them to the flu vaccination line. Units should try to stagger the times that members report to avoid congesting the line. Flu shots will not be available at the Immunizations Clinic during the week of the flu line. Members who received a flu shot outside of the Medical Group should bring vaccination proof to update personnel files. Those who miss the flu line may report to the immunizations clinic beginning Nov. 12 at 7:30 a.m. Children ages 6 and below should report to immunizations clinic.
