New traffic light on Wardleigh will be activated; second light coming soon Published Aug. 27, 2018 75th Air Base Wing Public Affairs HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- The traffic light being installed at the intersection of Wardleigh Road and H Avenue is nearing completion.The signal is schedule to be tested and then activated on Aug. 27. During testing, civil engineer officials would like to remind drivers to please exercise caution wherever workers are present. An additional traffic light is planned for installation at the intersection of Wardleigh Road and Arsenal Road. Officials said the increasing volume of traffic and the safety of motorists along Wardleigh is the reason for the news traffic lights.
