HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah – Staff Sgt. Brian Morrissey was awarded the Team Hill Superior Performer award by the Hill Top 3 organization.

Morrissey is an F-35 crew chief assigned to the 388th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron here. Specifically, his aircraft is the 34th Fighter Squadron flag ship.

Morrissey left his small hometown of Grain Valley, Mo., seven years ago to join the Air Force. He is married with two young children. In his spare time, he likes to drag race his ZX10R sport bike and is currently one of the fastest racers in Utah.

Morrissey said he’s grateful for his supervision for taking care of him and his fellow Airmen. It’s because of them that he is set up for success and is able to learn something new every day.
