388th MXG Airman earns Top 3 Superior Performer award

Staff Sgt. Benjamin Speer was recently recognized as a “Superior Performer” by the Hill AFB Top 3. 
Speer is a senior weapons system coordinator assigned to the 388th Maintenance Group and is from Statesville, N.C.

HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah --

Staff Sgt. Benjamin Speer was recently recognized as a “Superior Performer” by the Hill AFB Top 3.

Speer is a senior weapons system coordinator assigned to the 388th Maintenance Group and is from Statesville, N.C.

 

He has been in the Air Force for seven years and said he enjoys his career field because it allows him to play a role in the larger Air Force picture.

 

In his spare time, Speer likes to lift weights, go hiking, fishing and traveling. He said he’s grateful to be recognized with the Top 3 Superior Performer award and would like to give a huge thanks to his fiancé, Olivia.
