    A Military Retiree Appreciation Day will be held Sept. 22 at Hill Air Force Base. Registration, which is free and open to retirees and their families from all branches of the Armed Forces, begins at 7:30 a.m. at The Landing, with the day’s events beginning at 8 a.m.
