• Federal agents work to expedite background investigations

    The National Background Investigations Bureau, or NBIB, will establish a “surge” office at Hill Air Force Base as part of a federal government initiative to shrink the number of backlogged personnel security investigations across the Air Force.

    The Hill Air Force Base Tax Center offers free tax return preparation and electronic filing from IRS-certified volunteers for qualified individuals with total incomes of $54,000 or less to include active-duty service members and family members, military retirees, and reservists on active-duty

  • Warrior Games make triumphant return to Colorado Springs

    The Warrior Games will be free and open to the public throughout the competitions from June 2 – 9, 2018. Staff Sgt. David Olson, an explosive ordnance disposal troop from Hill Air Force Base participated in the games in July 2017.
