    Since the Vietnam War, the C-130 Hercules has been a workhorse of aeromedical evacuation, and continues to serve as a reliable platform to move patients over long distances, allowing Airmen to provide critical care in the air, aid in disaster relief efforts, and bring warfighters home.

    Hill military and civilian employees and their families gathered Oct. 19 for the 10th Annual Haunting on the Hill and Trunk-or-Treat extravaganza at The Landing. Volunteers from across the installation decorated their vehicles and handed out treats to children.

    Construction at the South Gate is near completion and all four inbound lanes will be open beginning Oct. 29. Gate work, which includes installation of concrete islands and barriers, will shift to the Roy Gate.
