    Fifth graders can build enthusiasm for STEM at STARBASE Summer Camp

    This June, STARBASE Hill Summer Camp will offer 5th grade students living in the Hill Air Force Base area an opportunity to spend four days at the academy surrounded by STEM activities and Air Force culture. There is no cost to attend the camp.

    2021 Air Force Assistance Fund: Campaign underway through April 23 at Hill AFB

    The annual Air Force Assistance Fund campaign to raise funds for charities that provide support to Air Force families in need will run March 15 through April 23 at Hill Air Force Base.

    Pilot program to help some federal employees earn degrees

    Some federal civilian employees at Hill Air Force Base are now able to transfer skills learned through mandatory job training into credits that count toward an associate of science degree, by earning some college credits from nationally or regionally accredited colleges and universities.

    75th Air Base Wing Airman accepted to the U.S. Air Force Academy Preparatory School

    Airman First Class Kamari Johnson, a defender with the 75th Security Forces Squadron, received a surprise announcement March 18 that he had been accepted to the U.S. Air Force Academy Preparatory School under the extremely competitive Leaders Encouraging Airmen Development Program.

    Hill Aerospace Museum will soon get an additional gallery, as the Utah State Legislature has appropriated $12 million toward construction of a third aircraft hangar.

    75th SFS MWD handlers honor war dog heroes

    Defenders and military working dogs from the 75th Security Forces Squadron at Hill Air Force Base gathered with the community on K-9 Veterans Day, March 13, to dedicate a Vietnam Veterans War Dog Memorial at Layton Commons Park.
