Michelle D. Hathaway is the Deputy Director of the Ogden Air Logistics Complex, Hill Air Force Base, Utah. She is responsible for cost, schedule, and quality of depot repair, overhaul, and modification of the A-10, C-130, F-16, F-22, F-35 and T-38 aircraft, and the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile system. The Complex also oversees the National-level Airpower Reservoir for aircraft storage, reclamation, regeneration and disposal at Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona. Additionally, the Ogden Air Logistics Complex produces aerospace commodities that include electronics, avionics, instruments, power systems, and software for the assigned weapon systems, and is the landing gear center of excellence for the United States Air Force. Responsibilities extend to operating locations in Japan, Colorado, Florida, Wyoming, North Dakota, and Montana.
Prior to her current position, Hathaway was the deputy director for the 748th Supply Chain Management Group, Hill Air Force Base, Utah. She was responsible for the effective operations of a supply chain management organization that comprised of over 650 personnel with a $3.8B annual budget. The 748th provides supply chain lifecycle sustainment for aircraft structural, avionics systems, landing gear, secondary power systems, intercontinental ballistic missile, and space, command control communications & intelligence.
