There are still available spots for the Hill AFB Foundations Courses scheduled for 2025. The first Airmen 300 Foundations course will be held in the new year. These courses are part of the new Enlisted Airmanship Continuum, have replaced the local Professional Enhancement Seminars (PESs), and will become mandatory prerequisites for PME starting Dec. 31, 2025.

Classes will be capped at 18 members per class.
NCO Foundations Course 300
- Dates/Registration: March 10-14, June 9-13, Sept. 22-26, and Dec. 15-19
- Location: Professional Development Center, Building 385, Room 208
- Details: This course bridges the gap between tech school and Airman Leadership School, providing students with foundational skills and knowledge. Senior Airmen with 4-8 months TIG, as well as those who have not attended ALS but have more than 24 months TIG, are encouraged to attend.
NCO Foundations Course 500
- Dates/Registration: Jan. 27-31 (class full), March 3-7, March 24-28, May 12-16, July 21-25, Aug. 21-25, Sept. 15-19, Oct. 27-31, and Nov. 3-7
- Location: Professional Development Center, Building 385, Room 208
- Details: This course is for NCOs at least 2-3 years post-ALS who haven't attended NCOA. It focuses on developing leadership skills and understanding the Airman Leadership Qualities.
