Lane Restrictions illustration

Concrete islands and barriers will be installed at the South and Roy Gates beginning Oct. 8 through the end of November. During construction at the South Gate, two inbound lanes of traffic will be opened. When construction shifts to the Roy Gate, there will be just one inbound lane of traffic opened at all times.
