Editor's Note: The “Team Hill Frontlines" series is a recurring feature that puts the spotlight on some of the civilian and military Airmen on the "frontlines" supporting our mission, people and families during the COVID-19 crisis.

Tiffany Christensen works in the 414th Supply Chain Management Squadron as an ICBM lead item manager, ensuring that the nation’s strategic deterrent has all the parts it needs and training new item managers to forecast and compute buy and repair requirements to make sure parts are available. She is from Clinton, Utah, and her hobbies include coaching youth soccer, singing, camping and four wheeling with her family.

Tiffany’s experience working on the COVID-19 frontlines:

"Teleworking was a struggle for the first couple of weeks due to the “not knowing.” I have never teleworked before so it was a not a smooth transition for me. I am a very social person and not to see all my people every day IS hard. Now that we are in full swing, I have adapted and grown to love telework. I am able to connect with my 38 item managers using the phone, IM Skype, and conference calls."

Tiffany, Team Hill thanks you for your service! We appreciate you!
